Customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without justification, provided that the product is in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.

providing their order number, reason for return and photos where necessary. Once approved, customers will receive shipping instructions. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported immediately, in which case Muzzlebee will assume all return costs, offering a replacement or full refund. Personalised items, used items, or items damaged by the customer are not eligible for return, except in cases provided for by law.
